Ok, somebody please explain proper "Drive-by etiquette" as referenced in the hypothetical post below.  I think I know what a drive-by is, but other than that... why is it ok for some people and some get flamed?  Even if your status is "newbie" but you've been around for a while, is it still a drive-by?  If you're a "gold" poster, but took a board break, is it a drive-by?  Does it only count if it's  BFP?  HELP!  lol.
