  Yup, I made it. I couldn't find any Mickey costumes in the stores and the Minnie costume was crap! Plus, she wanted to be Mickey, not Minnie

  I got the shorts at Walmart. They were pants, but I cut them and hemmed them (since summer shorts are out of season now). I cut out white felt circles and sewed them on! easy peasy. Made yellow shoe covers with elastic on the bottom to go over her shoes.

  Cute! They had Mickey costumes at the Disney Store, that's where I got the one in my siggy.
