illness and temping?

I've been sick for the past few days... had a fever on Wednesday (gone now) but still have sneezing, coughing, etc.  Obviously this has affected my charting.  My temp seemed to be going back down to my normal range yesterday, but today is high (for me).  Not a fever, but high for me.  I've been discarding the past few days of temps; do you think this is the right thing to do?

Also, will being sick affect when I ovulate?  I'm on clomid and should be ovulating around CD17, but now, who knows?

    I was sick last week too - I didn't discard the temps, but I just marked "illness" on FF.  I didn't have a fever though so mine probably weren't too far off.  I would just leave the temps in for now and you can discard them later if it really seems mess up your chart.  Not sure about the Clomid part of your question though since I haven't taken it.
