    I didnt see how it ended when she DD I had to log off that just really got under my skin.

    some lady posted about her daughter playing in her poop and as a punishment she gave her cold showers.

    ok i have been working on potty training my daughter for awhile now she is 26months old and she has been taking her diaper off and playing in her poo! IM so sick of this i have tried cold showers diaper on backwords onesies feeted pj's. Any other ideas??

    Is she taking her diaper off during the day, or at nap/bedtime?  If its during the day, and you are trying to PT, I highly suggest getting rid of the diapers and putting her in regular underwear.  And, why are you doing cold showers, to punish her?  That seems like a mean way to try to discipline, IMO.

    Oh, and she also did respond (but must have deleted that post, and I can't find it), that her Dr was the one that told her to give her daughter a cold shower for pooping in her diaper!!!  And she said that she googled it, and other people have done it too (because we all know that if you Google it, then it MUST be a good thing! Hmm).

    i didn't see the OP except for Sept's c&p above.  But I read it that she gave her showers to clean her up. 

     But i guess then they don't need to be cold, huh?  that is what kinda makes it mean and cruel.

    ok gotcha - had to think that one through... thanks for taking part of my thought process.

    DH delightfully took DD out for about 3 hours so I got to clean my house in peace and quiet. I promised myself I wouldn't get on the computer, so I was out all day. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it (but my house sure is sparkly clean!).
