Update to the creep in my apartment

I posted a little while ago about the child rapist living next door to me. Well I called the office and asked their policy on criminal backgrounds. No one with any sexual assault charge is allowed to live here. So I told them well then are you aware that you have a Violent child rapist living here? And the answer I got about knosked me on my a$$. "Oh no he doesnt live here he just uses this adress it is his mothers apartment" I was speechless. How in the fvck do you think that it is ok to allow him to use this adress? seriously!! So i made a big stink about it. I wound up calling his paroll officer and reporting him. He has now been moved out of the building! I'm still livid with the answer I got though. As soon as our lease is up we will be out of here. I'll be 9 months pregnant by then but hey I want out!

good for you for taking care of that and standing up for yourself and your baby! that is crazy that they were ok with him just using the address. So they didn't even realize that he was living there?

Wow, good job on making the report. I would have rose a big stink about it also. I would let them know I made a report to the parole officer and let the cops know that the management was ok with him using the address.

It's either a) he's using the address because he's actually living somewhere else he's not suppose to be either. Or b) they are telling management that he's just 'using the address' even though he's actually living there. Either way I'd let management know their compliance in assisting a criminal has been reported.

The people who work in the office here know he was using the adress and he has been using it for a while. They didnt say anything until I complained about it and someone else here said something. I just dont see how anyone could think him using a fake adress was ok!
