my BP is creeping up... :(

My BP has been perfect this entire pregnancy, a steady 120/80. When I went to the dr the other day it was 136/88 which got my doctor a little concerned. My school nurse has been taking it for me, and it's about 120/92. I called my doctor and was told to work as normal but when I am home am to do NOTHING. I am so frustrated with this! Like if you want me on bedrest put me on bedrest but don't tell me I can have my BP up 8-10 hrs a day and then come home and do absolutely nothing. Grrrrr!!! What kind of BP is 120/92 anyway?? :(

    Did they have you lie on your Left side for awhile to see if it went down? A couple of times when I went to the OB it was high, they had me rest for awhile and it came down just fine. I have a little "white coat syndrome" and sometimes it can be high if you are racing around (like I usually am) right from school without a second to relax.

    Yup, I laid for about 20 minutes and they took it again and it was exactly the same. I've also had it taken several times since my dr's appointment and it was still high :(

    Haha honestly she didn't tell me! I had a different dr this time and she didn't mention and I didn't think to ask. My regular dr always tells me though. I go back on Monday so I'll be sure to ask then.
