Joey, Ronnie, and Audrey,

Well, Garrison had her first 9 hour stretch when she was 7 weeks. She varied from 7-10 hours for about 6 weeks after that (with about five 11-hour nights--heaven--- mixed in) However, she goes to sleep between 6:30- 7:30 so even when we were getting 9 hours she was waking up at 4 and we often don't go to bed until 11, so.....
Unfortunately, the past week she has only been giving us 6-7 hours at a time again and waking up between 1:30- 2:30. Not sure if it has to do with a growth spurt (she has been eating almost double what she ordinarily eats during the day for the past 3-4 days), the 4 month wakeful, or just regression. yawn.
Good luck!!
Jack slept longer stretches at 6 months - like 8 hours... from around 8pm till 4am then would wake for a clean diaper and a bottle, then sleep for a few more hours. He did that till we finally got rid of that night feeding at 8 months. He was so small we kept the night feeding longer than most babies need it. After that he would sleep for about 10 hours - 8pm till 6am.

you are funny!

Brady didnt STTN until 5 months when we had to sleep train him. I know that is early to sleep train but he wouldnt nap all day and then when he woke up he wouldnt go back to sleep for hours so he was miserable. We had to teach him how to sleep. But then we had to re-sleep train a bunch of times when he got sick, or just decided to stop sleeping again. Now he sleeps great and sleeps 7-7.
At 6 weeks Nolan started giving us longer stretches, usually anywhere from 5-8 hours. We usually only have to feed him once during the night. Last night he ate at 7:30, went to bed about 8:30 and was up to eat at 3:30. He is still sleeping now at 7:30. Good luck!
