Soaking through nursing pads

During the day, I feed DS every 2-3 hours, and during the night, I feed him when he wakes, usually every 4 hours.

However, after about 1.5 hours, I've soaked through the nursing pads completely and sometimes through my bra and to my shirt.

Does this happen to anyone else? I use Gerber nursing pads. Should I try a different brand?

re-usable or disposable?

i constantely leaked through my re-usable pads- meh, but the Medela disposables are aaawesome. i've filled a few during the night, but i have yet to leak.

I was leaking all the time the first 3 weeks. Then it got a lot better, I only leak now if I go about 8 hours with out feeding or pumping!

I use Lansinoh disposables and have only leaked once or twice.

I have had the same problem. I was using gerber and they were terrible I soaked through everything almost everynight! Try the medela ones, they are so much better.
