Just got home from 10w midwife appt

Hello ladies! I just got home from my 10w midwife appointment. The good news is that everything is still looking good! She wasn't able to find the heartbeat with the Doppler (so it's not just me 
), so she did a quick ultrasound, and, there was the heart, beating away!
Also, even with the Lovenox, it's looking like I might be able to stay with the midwife, which is what I'd prefer. She is going to talk it over at the next meeting and let me know for sure.
I get to go back in 2 more weeks just to check on baby, since that is around the time of our first loss.
Grow, baby, grow!
