HOORAY!!! We called the insurance company yesterday to appeal, followed by faxing them a letter and also having the doctor fax a letter.

My mom is so convinced this will work, because it did for her friend's grandchild..but I don't know any of that baby's stats, plus different insurance. I guess all we can do is keep trying!
