My girlfriend actually swears by one of the sleeping pills we're allowed to take. She had bad m/s, but was also having sleeping troubles from other reasons. She started taking the sleeping pills to be able to sleep, and her m/s went away too.

Hi I don't really have any other suggestion for you. Zofran has been my crutch. It helps to at least let me keep down fluids. But I did want to sorry that you are feeling crumby. I can totally relate to how horrible it can be and I hope you feel better. The nausea just sucks!

I think purple is refering to Phenergan (sp)? It can you make you sleepy but it works for some people. I used zofran from day one of my last pregnancy. it was the only thing that kept me sane. The constipation was killer though.
