what is this pain?

in Pregnant after a Loss
when i was on a walk just a little bit ago i all of a sudden got some sharp pains  down pretty low on the right side.  it was almost where my leg meets my body, just a little bit higher and in.  it was almost like a burning pain that would last for a little bit and then go away.  but then it kept happening for about 15 min.  the pain also radiated to my lower back.  could this just be from walking and overdueing it?  it was very odd.  anybody ever get anything like that before?

    Is it like a shooting pain down the backs of your legs?

    yep, it's RLP. I started getting it on my daily walks around the end of the first tri. I still get it sometimes when walking, but I bought a maternity support belt to wear for that and it has helped. it hurts like hell and is a sharp shooting pain just like you describe in the lower abdomen. mine is almost always on the right side but sometimes on the left too.

    no, not down the backs of my legs.  it's more in the front near my leg crease but higher, along with lower back pain.  maybe it's just really bad rlp?

    phew...thanks!  it has stopped since i came inside and sat down.  but it was pretty bad for a bit.

    Sounds like RLP! I've had it pretty bad especially after walking.  You can try drinking a lot of water and taking tylenol to help.
