Smoke detectors in LO's room

Does everyone have one in their LO's room or just in the hallways?  I was walking around the house looking last night and there is one in every bedroom but hers, but there is one in the hallway... DH will be bringing one home from work today and it is going up (along with carbon monoxide detector).

    We have them in all our downstairs rooms and in the hallway upstairs.  I may put them in the rooms when someone is actually living up there.

    We have two in the hallway just outside of LO's nursery.  One is tied into our security system.  The other we plan to replace since it is a bit old with a new talking alarm, which are supposed to be more effective with young children.

    We have one on every level (fire code now) but I put one in DDs room when I got her a space heater during her first winter (it made me nervous).

    We have them in all of our bedrooms. They are fire/carbon monoxide detectors. My husband had them wired into the house also so we dont have to worry about batteries dying, i guess in wisconsin you have to have them in every bedroom

    we have a smoke detector and a carbon monoxide detector in the hallway.  If we had some possible way to have a fire in LO's room (such as a space heater as meantioned by a pp) then I would have a smoke detector in his room.

    My house is new construction, built less than 2 years ago, and it is code for our area to have a smoke detector in every bedroom and hall way.  So yes we have a smoke detector in the nursery.  We also have the carbon monoxide detector out side of the nursery, we have one per floor of the house.
