Low pack PAIN!!!!!!!!!1

OOOOOOOUUUUUUCCCCCHHHHH!!!

Anyone else suffering from low back pain!  I've had it since last night - couldn't even sit on my couch - as laying on the floor with my feet on the couch!!! Lucky feet!

Anyone have any suggestions for relief???

Are massages ok??

Re: Low pack PAIN!!!!!!!!!1

  • The only thing I can suggest is take a warm shower and Tylenol.   Hang in there.  Ask your DH to give you a back massage!

  • I am 10 weeks and I have bad lower back pain. Every night before I go to bed I use the heating pad on low/ warm heat. It works very well.

Massages are ok but I have heard some places won't give you one until after 12 weeks. I would just call around and let them know you are pregnant.

    Hope your back feels better.

  • I have been right there!  DH gave me a great back rub before bed last night - and even though I had to get up to pee 3 times - I still rested sooooo well!
  • Microwavebale heating pack. Just don't make it too warm. I would die without mine...

  • Thanks everyone for all the great suggestions!  Unfortunatley - I'm at work today for 10 hours... and will have to wait until tonight to give them a shot!

    THANK YOU THANK YOU!

  • I called for a massage and they told me that they would prefer not to do them until after 1tri because of so many pressure points that you really have to be careful.  I rather not take my chances, and wait hopefully only a few more weeks to go!  Make sure you go to someone who is certified to do pregnancy massages.
  • I have horrible low back pain because my uterus is tilted backwards...

I take warm baths and use heating pads, its seems to work.
