follow up ultrasound anxiety

Last week I went to the ER because of cramping and spotting. They did an ultrasound, blood work and a pelvic exam. I was estimating 6 weeks along but the US showed only a sac....bloodwork was fine, exam was fine..so the dr told me the sac was equivalent to that of 5weeks 5 days. is that normal for only a sac to be there? They said it is, but i am nervous. I have an ultrasound today at 1pm which is exactly a week since being in the ER...ill keep you posted

Good luck, and at 5w 6d they only saw the sac with me, a week later 6w 6d we did see the yolk sac, fetal pole and a hb. Again, every one is different and hope you have great news when you get back!
