3d/4d ultrasound today! :)

We have our appointment for our 3D/4D ultrasound today! I am super excited to see my little girl! Any recommendations from anyone who have done it would be greatly appreciated! :) (bring snacks? eat before? etc..)

We get the whole session on a DVD set to lullaby music and lots of photos!

    just to hydrate yourself well all day, the fluid will be clearer and they'll get better shots! have fun!

    I'm going for mine today too! The place where I'm going suggested eating a light lunch and then having something sweet about 5 minutes or so before the appointment to get LO hopping.

    I drank a big cold glass of orange juice 30 minutes before our appointment.  LO was moving plenty but would not reveal his face, even after 45 minutes of trying.  The tech. had me come back later that afternoon after some caffeine (which I haven't had other than chocolate during the pregnancy) and sugar about 30 minutes before my 2nd appointment.  I highly recommend a little caffeine to really get things going, and I thoroughly enjoyed my Dr. Pepper!  We ended up with some great face shots.  From what I hear it's not that uncommon to have to come back if baby isn't behaving, ask to do that if you're not happy with the pics you get for the amount of $ you are paying.
