Pet peeves at work

The guy across the hall from me was just clipping all his nails!  People in this office do it all the time, it's loud and gross to listen to.

    That's just gross - do it at home!

    My pet peeve at work... I guess it's the people who come into my office to just chat... and chat... and chat... and even when I start doing the subtle "I'm going to type now so you get the hint to leave" thing, they still stay.

    People sometimes walk around in bare feet - I hate that.  Others talk on the phone really loudly (sometimes speakerphone) and have their office door open.  Arrrgh.

    When my coworkers talk on their speakerphone to eachother.....and their office/cube is right next to eachother !

    When I'm eating at my desk & people can clearly see my sandwhich in front of me & still come up to me to ask me to do something. Seriously, it's my friggin lunch break ! If I see someone eating, I just go back to my desk and send them an e-mail as to not disturb them!

    When we have a meeting and the boss tells us how he wants something done.  Certain people blatantly ignore him (even though it's HIS company) and continue doing it their way.  A few weeks later, he'll tell them again and they act like the NEVER heard that before in their life and it's a FANTASTIC idea!!!  Stupid b!tches!

    We have a chain smoker who coughs loogies into his garbage can.  I literally gag every time he does it.

    My guys use a back line and if I'm on it helping one and another wants to talk to me, they'll call on the customer line instead.  How about waiting 5 minutes and trying back again.  I can only help one of you at a time anyway!!  Let's play nice with the other children shall we?

     I second this !

    I have my space heater going every.single.day. It's awful in the summer when I wear long sleeves to work but have to run out during lunch for an errand.
