It is pretty much unnoticeable. If you look REALLY close its still there. I am probably the only one who could see it because I know the shape and exact spot it was.
DD has two. One on her forehead and it has faded a lot. I have read that it can take about a year to totally fade away and I think that is probably pretty accurate. The other one is on the back of her neck and it has only faded a little. I still have the one on the back of my neck.
DD has a big one on the back of her head. It still gets really red when she cries or gets hot. She has a slight mark on her eyelids, but those have faded a lot.
Re: Babies with stork bites on forehead
Jacob has one on his forehead and one on the back of his head.
The one of his forehead has faded a lot, it's almost unnoticeable.
However, the one on the back of his head has barely faded at all.
