Slipped and fell last night

Luckily it was in the yard that is soft from the rain.  DH wanted to show me something on his truck, threw on some flip flops, then went to take a step in the yard.  Sure enough one leg went forward and one went backwards bent at the knee.  I caught myself on my right hand all twisted up.  No serious damage done, just very sore today!!!  It did teach me my body is not meant to do the splits anymore.  Smile
