If you're looking for H1N1 vax in detroit area

I just got the H1N1 nasal vaccine at Livonia Urgent Care (7 Mile & Newburgh).  No line, in and out in 20 min.  $18.  Available M-F 8-5.

They said they don't expect their supply to last long as word is just getting out.

  • I may need to go do that tomorrow. My main concern is DS and I have yet to find anywhere that has inject-able.  My pedi office has no idea when/if they will get it.

  • I went at 4:55 and they gave it to me.  It was the nasal spray.  I was in and out in 15 minutes!  Thank you for the info...  We already have had 2 cases of H1N1 at school.  I am not going back until the end on Nov, but still it makes me nervous.

That's awesome that they give the option of preregistering.  I wish Macomb County would do that.  I'm thinking about going to Freedom Hill this Friday for their clinic.  I'm not looking forward to it, though.  After about 1 sucker, DS will not wait patiently for anything & I'll be by myself.  Yech.
