Da Vinci Kalani Dresser ?

Does anyone have the 3 drawer dresser with the changing table top? I am wondering if the changing table top can be removed to use it as a regular dresser later? TIA.

    I have this dresser, and you can't remove the rails.  I suppose that you could, if you were to saw them off, but it probably wouldn't look as nice.
