Day Care Question

So I've heard from several people that we need to try to get on a day care list now. I want to find a place near my house or my husband's work that's reputable. Any advice on where to start?!

We are looking for somewhere close to uptown or near 75 and lovers area. Any suggestions?

I second using that site to start your search. You can start by calling and see if there are waiting lists in your area. I live a little out of town and there really aren't any, but considering that area is busier, there might be.

No sgguestions on places, but definitely check out that website.

Honestly you probably have some time before you need to be on a list, but I would at least start looking. Even if you fall in love with one the first time you go, go see a couple of other centers. And before you get on a list anywhere make sure you have checked out the place a few different times at different times of the day.

No specific daycare recommendations here, but just echoing the sentiment to use that site for reference. I did when we were looking and it was really useful for us.
