Just curious who else tried this and IF it worked..WHEN it worked?? How many did you eat daily?

Also, I accidentally bought flax SEEDS first, then bought the meal, can I use the seeds in the recipe you think???

I made them last night! I am also interesting inknow if they worked and how long it took. I am praying I see an increase!!

The recipes that you used, did they call for brewers yeast. If so, where did you purchase it?

Yes it did call for it! It's also known as nutritional yeast, which I didn't know until I went to buy it. I found mine at a nutrition store..like an organic/healthfood place.
