A random question popped into my head this morning: When you are in labor and having contractions, can you still feel LO moving around in there? Do they act all distressed from the squeezing (poor things)? Sometimes my LO gets all riled up just from his own hiccups!

Thanks. They were moving constantly, but not distressed. Both were very closely monitored and one flipped breech during labor. I have no clue how he had room though.

If you were swollen before delivery or had carpal tunnel? How long did it take to go away?
No carpal tunnel but my hands and one foot swelled up at about 34.5 weeks. I was able to wear rings again 2 weeks pp and my foot was back to normal within 3 days.

Not hard for the most part. I lost about 2lbs a day in the beginning (gained 53). I was BF for 9 weeks and running back and forth to the NICU so 40 of it fell off fast. I have 10lbs to go but since I was about 5lbs underweight to begin with, I don't really care. My pre-preg casual clothes fit again by 10 weeks, and 90% of my work clothes fit now.

Re: Any questions for a mom of two 4.5 month olds?
Oh, your babies are so cute!

Because I'm at work
