Bleeding (TMI) - prayers please.

So this morning my husband and I had sex and afterward I found out I had been bleeding almost the whole time. I am still bleeding an hour later and passed two clumps of blood, one the size of a dime and the other a quarter. I actually looked at the clumps and there was nothing but blood... no tissue or anything else. My Dr's office opens at 9 and I will call them immediately. I have had two miscarriages before and they always had cramping too... I have none of that. Is it possible it is just from irritation my cervix or uterus?

It's possible that the bleeding is cause by irritation but definitely important to call your doctor.

You did the right thing by calling the doctor. Hopefully, this is nothing but, it's always good to have your doctor tell you that.

That was the right call to make calling the doctor right away. I am praying that it is nothing- My doctor did tell me that you can bleed/spot from sex- so maybe that is all it is. You are in my thoughts- please let us know as soon as you can

I am so sorry to hear this. I'm glad you called the doctor. It's probably just cervical irritation. Hopefully your doctor can see you today and give you some good news. My T&P are with you.

Oh dear. I know the feeling. I'm sorry to hear you have to deal with this. I hope everything will be alright. I had feared such a thing happening the other night, woke up think I was rather moist down there. It was, thankfully, a false alarm.

I almost want to refrain from sex.
