  My Dr told me this and I had a little freak out inside. Hopefully this is a one time thing and will only happen this season with the N1H1 and he won't decide to lift the ban on it across the board.

  My guess is that it will get lifted whenever not lifting it causes the drug companies too much inconvenience or costs too much.  Which begs the point of why bothering having the law to protect us from this kind of toxic garbage in the first place.
