Fluid in 33 weekers abdomen

Ladies,

My SIL's unborn neice has fluid in her abdomen.  Mom has an overload of amniotic fluid, so they took some of that out through an amnio yesterday.  The only thing they are saying that it could possibly be is fetal hydrops which I know can be devastating.

Anyone have experience with this?  What else could this be?
