Random stupid question

So this might sound really dumb, and I have no idea what made me think of it - but once you go into labor and start having contractions, do you still feel the baby move? I don't mean when you're full on in pushing mode, but early on when you just start to notice the contractions - will you still feel movement too?

    Hmmmm. Good question, but I don't remember haha! I don't think I felt her, but then I was focused on breathing through the pain

    I felt her plenty when the contractions were mild, but then I don't remember feeling her when they got bad.  lol that didn't last long because I got an epi soon there after.  I think that you are so focused on other things at that point that you don't notice it. 

    1st pregnancy: m/c began 1/12/09 d&c 1/13/09 8wks. Baby stopped growing at about 6wks.

    Delaney: Born 10/15/09

    Gavin: Born 4/8/11

    Baby #3: due July 10, 2014

    You know, that's a good question!  I think I felt some movements when the contractions weren't too bad yet...but after that I don't really remember.  I think, like someone else said, you get so focused on the contractions and everything else that you don't notice movements as much.

    I honestly can't remember! I agree with pp though, you get so focused on the contraction that you forget about movement!

    Awwww, thanks! I should really update that pic, but she looks the same still just cuter haha :)  You are sooooo close, not much longer until you get to meet your own cutie pie!!!

    Nope, the baby stops moving once you are in labor. (someone probably answered that already, I didn't even look down first...) I remember being worried that I could not feel him moving anymore

    I honestly don't remember!  I didn't have any contractions until my water broke.
