  I'm not big on the DCWV brand that HL & M's sell. They pretty much suck. Thank goodness I used a 40% off...I wouldn't pay full price for them. We put one up in the hallway, took almost an hour. The letters are starting to peel. I keep having to rub it back on. The walls were clean. We just bought our house a year ago and painted everything. Then put them on.  My Uppercase Living ones go on smoothly; like butter! I would pay the extra $$ for good quality vinyl. Stampin Up! Sells some good ones, too!
