I'm baby-sitting a toddler for a couple of weeks while her baby-sitter is on vacation. Initially her parents said she was pt and wearing pullups just in case. (I don't require kids to be pt at my house, so it's fine either way with me).
Yesterday was day 1 at my house. I offered her the potty about every 30m or so and never saw anything. She did tell me after she poo'd so I could change that. Otherwise, everything went in the pullup all day.
I figured it was probably a little stress about being in a new place and all. I let her mom know that we were working on it. Then her mom tells me she really hasn't worked on pt much yet. So now I have conflicting stories from the same person as to whether or not she's pt.
It's really no big deal to me; but if she's not pt, she's not working on it and the pullups are giving her a rash then why is she wearing pullups? Also, do you have any tips for changing a dirty pullup? How do you get it off and cleaned without the mess going everywhere?
