(this is so silly to me- obviously you can't plop your kid in front of a video and produce an Einstein...it's called interaction people...)

    People really thought the videos would make their kids a genius?  Really?  It's a video, not a magic bullet.  My kids actually liked the music more than anything.  They never really watched the videos but would play with their toys while the music played.

    this is so silly. I never knew that was what the Einsteins were for. I just thought it was a way to entertain your kids and interact with them. Bella has actually learned a bit from her Einsteins, but that is because we interacted with her while we watched it. Sure it can be a good distractor while preparing dinner....but nothing more. Kids will only learn if you sit with them while they watch and interact with them and I believe that is what they say on their promos that I have seen.

    some people will sue for anything now a days

    I'm all for the videos- sometimes you just need to wipe down the kitchen or something but to think your kid is going to be a savant from the videos- is like, duh..
