At night I am bustling around the house and not tired at all until after eleven pm. Then I wake up exhausted. I just can't sleep at night! Is anyone else up all night doing random things? (laundry...baby stuff....)
I always wake up around 3am to pee, and then I'm hungry, and can't fall back to sleep. So I get up to eat a muffin or something little, and I am so awake that I just start cleaning.
DH thinks I am crazy but its so uncomfortable just to lay there in bed!

usually during the week I am out as soon as my head hits the pillow I am so tired. But, on the weekends I can get 12 hours of sleep and get up and have no energy and have to take a nap, but late afternoon I get all kinds of energy and I can get a lot accomplished. It's weird. I think I would be like this all the time if I didn't get up so early for work...but during the week I am ALWAYS tired!

Around 28 weeks is when the no sleeping symptom hit me. I haven't slept through the night since then. Honestly, going to bed is my least favorite time of the day. You will get more uncomfortable with each week (and I am small - was pre-pregnancy and still am despite the belly) and this will make sleeping even harder, remember pillows are your friend, stack them all around you!
Don't worry though you'll get used to little sleep. When you get up in the middle of the night just try to go back to sleep or at least lay there and rest. I learned that getting up and doing stuff only makes you more tired.
When you share this no sleeping symptom with others they will tell you "sleep now because when baby comes you won't be able to." It is frustrating because you want to sleep, but just smile and say "I know, I'm trying!"
I wake up hungry sometimes too!! The other day I woke up and thought I should go eat those left over quesadillas from Greenmill...and then I thought nooooo I will wait. Then DH ate em! darn!
