How is everyone doing this week? Have you stayed on plan?
I am having a hard time eating my daily points, even with getting in the Healthy Guidelines. I am thankful for Halloween Candy this week :P I found a great website that lists Halloween Candy points:

Anyone have any non scale victories to report? I don't but I am sure some of you do!
My first weighing day will be this Saturday-- let's hope I am making progress towards the 40 lbs I have to lose!

I was wondering if this had been posted yet!
I did okay this week, I lost 1 pound which brings my total weight loss since starting ww to 9 pounds (dang! I was really hoping for a 2 pound loss this week!) and I've been doing it for one month.
Sometimes I have a hard time eating all my points but other times, when I don't keep track during the day and don't enter my points till night time, I find I eat over my points!
I do know I need to work out more though.... Hope everyone's doing well! Once I get to 10 pounds (out of the 30 pound goal I set for myself) I am gonna get myself a treat, like a massage, etc... when I get to 20 pounds I'm going to get a new haircut/color and when I reach my goal of 30 loss I'm going on a shopping spreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Today is my weigh in and I have made it to my first 5 lbs. I am very surprised as I did not log my food in for Sat/Sun ( I needed a break) Also on these days I had "party food" and also ate out. We will see if it catches up with me this week.
I too need to introduce exercise into my routine, but there is just no time.
Of course! I just started last week. I used it before but I so needed to get back on plan.

I signed up for WW about 2 weeks ago but really haven't stuck with it yet. I started again yesterday and really want to do well! I also started the 30 day shred yesterday too.
I gained about 42lbs during my pregnancy and have 13 more to go. I also want to lose an additional 15 pounds to get to my ideal weight. I am so happy to have this online check-in to help me stick to it. Good luck everyone, we can do it!
