Hi girls, just wanted to check in and say hi. I'm in Brazil for work and although it's been interesting, I've realized what a homebody I am! I am with people from all over the world (Hungary, Sri Lanka, UK, Scotland, Poland, India) for an Action Workout (think Lean Six Sigma) at our aircraft engine services plant in Petropolis, Brazil (1 hour north of Rio). I've never been off the North American continent and it's been overwhelming to be here and around such different people.

Anyways, I just wanted to check in w/ the familiar.... I can't wait to be back in the US on Saturday!

I love to travel, but it's harder when you have to adjust to a new place and go to work. sounds like you have a very cool job!

Awesome! Enjoy it...the culture, the food, the sights! I've never been, but would love to see that part of South America one day. And how cool that you get to meet people from all over the world!

yeah, it really is a great experience -- I think I was feeling pretty homesick when I wrote this. Now it's a new day and I have a better lease on life
