    I picked M&Ms, but I also like the popcorn. Either way, it's something that someone can use without any effort (such as planting bulbs or baking cookies).

    Yeah, those were both my ideas. My mom wants to do the bulbs or bake cookies. I said that we need to do something with food. It always gets taken and eaten. Most people don't want jitty junk in their house and not everyone has a yard or a green thumb.

    Another idea, since I assume it's a fall baby shower ...

    At my sister's wedding last week the favor was caramel apples. They were yummy, relatively inexpensive (from a local candy company) and everyone raved.
