I saw this in your list of dinners for the week and it sounds pretty wonderful. Do you make it just like regular old mac and cheese but add the squash? How's the squash cut? I guess I should be asking: do you have a recipe you can share?

    Its sooo good! You can find the recipe in my blog (link in siggy) I'm on a mac so can't make a clicky link, but if you go to my blog and search butternut squash it should come up.

    I've tried it using a can of squash puree and its not as good as using the real stuff
