Annelise?

Our last name begins/rhymes with "peace" (second part of our name is a common ending like -smith or -meyer.)

Does Annelise sound too sing songy with this sound in the beginning part of our last name?  (Sorry if this isn't making sense.  Hard to describe.)

    I think Annelise is one of the most beautiful names. As long as your last name is not just peace it won't be like Julia Gulia.

    Annelise is one of my favorite names, and IA gre with pp that Peacemeyer or Peacesmith will sound fine :)

    I went to high school with a girl named Annelise and she is incredibly talented and intelligent, I know many don't believe it has anything to do with names, but she is a free spirit, full of life & is a brilliant scholastic mind and performer. She was very involved in theater & debate in school and attended Boston University.

     I love the name Annelise, and hope your little one is as gifted, if not more, than the Annelise I know from school!!!

    First, let me say, what a beautiful name!  And I do agree with a last name like Peacemeyer or something of that sort, it would be lovely.  One thing to note: highschool boys are always known for their wit and sense of humor (not...).  I went to high school with an Annelise and an Annalee and both suffered 4 years of um.. anal jokes.  Both girls were wonderful and intelligent and strong and have turned out to be successful young women!
