  Mine has onions, garlic, celery, carrots, corn, peas, and broccoli.  Sometimes, I'll throw in cut green beans.

  ETA: Potatoes, too.

  I put potatoes and onions (garlic too), and sometimes even celery, it gives off a great flavor.  I think I have that recipe in my cooking blog...(link in siggy)

  Anything hanging out in the veggie drawer of the fridge.  I like corn (roasted first), red peppers (roasted first), maybe try squash?
