Greatest cupcakes ever!

JLKs b-day party was this weekend. It was just family (but I have a huge one) so I said I wouldnt cook just bake loads of desserts.
I made carmael apples...not as easy as I thought...Some easy m&m cupcakes..milkyway brownies...and the bombtastical double chocolate cheesecake cupcakes...
I did my go to chocolate cake recipie and mixed in chocolate chips (next time I will mix in white choco chips) Then I took a thing of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup white sugar, 2 tbls vanilla and one egg and mixed that together. I filled the cupcake pan with the choco about halfway...added in some cheesecake mixture then topped with more choco.
I had my buttercream choco frosting from the other cupcakes so I added in more sugar and creamcheese and made a ganache/frosting to go on top.
Next time I will double the cheescake filling and add way more and just get twice as many cupcakes.
These were too good not to ahre the recipe!

Tomorrow. I will have Tony scan them in, they are in my cookbook and toooo much to type but really easy. Especially the frosting...butter powder. sug and milk!
