Kaiya (or Kiya or Kaia)- NMS, and I'm seeing a lot more of it lately
Lana (would you pronounce this with long a or short a?)- You'll probably get 50/50 of Lane-a and Lah-na. Looks sort of like a NN, but it's not bad. If you want Lane-a, I'd considering spelling it "Laina" or some other way to be clear.
Tahlia (or Talia)- I like Talia better than with the "h"
Kaiya-NMS. It's like Kaylee, Kylie, Kalya to me. One of the thousand names that starts with a K and has a y in it.
Lana-I'd say Lahn-uh. I went to HS with a girl with this name. She wasn't very nice and I was secretly pleased to find out that she developed a beer gut when she went to college. Gosh, I'm mean, aren't I?
Tahlia-I prefer the spelling Talia. I think it's cute as a nn for Natalia but I don't like it as a name on it's own. Out of the three names you listed, this one would be my favorite.
I have a second cousin named Kaia. It's okay. I only know one Lana (a middle-aged woman), who pronounces it Lah-na. I like that, but dislike Lane-a. Talia is a beautiful name.
I like Lana with a long a. But I know someone with a daughter named Lana [short a] and I can never remember how to prononuce it and ultimately pronounce it wrong and he always corrects me. I don't know, I wouldn't want to have to constantly correct people on how to say my child's name [and for the child later on to do the same] but its just a thought...
"Normal day, let me be aware of the treasured day you are. Let me learn from you, love you, bless you before you depart...let me hold you while I may."

CRAFTY ME
my read shelf:
Lana pronounced like the actress Lana Turner.
Talia spelled like the actress Talia Shire (Rocky).
Kaiya NMS
Not a fan of any but Lana (lah-na). My DH vetoed it, but I still like it a lot.
I've only met one Lana, so it isn't a super common name, which puts it up there in my book.
