I'm not a mom, but I took the two 5-year-olds I babysit for on Friday night.
With each admission you get 6 tickets for candy which you pick up at different tables spread throughout the park. For each ticket you get about 5 pieces of candy with a mixture of things like a reeses cup down to a single tootsie roll or smarties (so about 30 pieces of candy per admission).
There was an animal show that was good and a singing/dance show. And a game area with about 12 different games like throwing a football, throwing bean bags through ghost mouths, throwing a ball to knock down bottles, etc. The kids got prizes like vampire teeth, tattoos, pencils, and little plastic toys.
The five year olds I went with loved it and we stayed the entire time. It was still $48 for four of us, so it's really up to you.
Have fun if you go.
