Anyone trick or treating with LO?

DH and I will be taking DS to the grandparents and a friends house with his costume but not really trick or treating.  We get babies at our house a lot trick or treating and obviously the parents are eating the candy.  Just curious if any of you will actually be going around to houses.

    We will but mainly because we have 2 other little ones that are 9 and 6. Baby won't have her own trick-or treating bag though :)

    No i just feel silly since it will be pretty obvious Ill be the one eating all the candy haha

    No, we were going to go with a neighbor, just to walk around with them (and so people could actually see him in his costume).  However, the hours are late and it'll be his bedtime.

    ETA:  We would not have gone up to the houses though.

    No, I think its trashy for parents to do that.  Its one thing to take your other kids around and the baby is there, but its another when its just the baby.

    Yeah, but only b/c my brother and SIL are bringing our nephew too and he's 18 months so closer to old enough for candy. Our town has trick or treating in the downtown area and a parade so we're doing that in the morning/afternoon, then later we'll keep him in his costume and hand out candy to trick or treaters.

    Actually, DD will be with my Mom while DH and I get the opportunity to go to a Halloween party. We might do the trick or treating next year.

    He will be coming to the door with us when we hand out candy.  I am going to put on his costume for that:)

    Yep.  But only because I have a 7 year old and 5 year old.  Before going trick or treating we may go to the girls' school for something they have going on there.
