I am looking for employment, and we are expecting, I am just 7 weeks. When would be a good time to mention, during an interview, after a job offer, or land a job before I worry about it?

Completely agree, never tell during the interview, wait until they offer the job. They can't discriminate because of your pregnancy but who knows if they did or not....don't give them the chance. GL!

This! Don't give it up until you have to. 'But be prepared, you may not get any "protected" time off under FMLA - as you have to be employed at a large (50+) person company and have been there at least 12 months. So, save up your vacation!!
You're not going to be covered under FMLA and you may not be eligible for any other maternity leave either. You're going to want to negotiate some time off and have it written into your job offer before you accept.
Waiting until you have the job and then telling them weeks after is leaving you at their mercy regarding maternity leave - they will owe you little if anything.
