does anybody know if....

there is a product out there made to put babies on the floor on. I was thinking about just getting a washable rug to put down every time i put baby on the floor but i wasn't sure if there were any specific items made for this purpose. For once baby is sitting up i don't necessarily want baby on the floor everywhere especially at grandparents and places so like a nice size floor cover would be nice?

    I plan on using a nice blanket, or those fun gym type things.

    Well, I plan on using a playpen a lot.  Those new pack n' plays seem pretty popular.  There's tons of mats out there for "tummy time".  For infants, a lot of people us a Boppy pillow and kind of prop up the infant in there.  Get creative!

    You mean like a quilt? Thats what most people I know use. That or a blanket.

    my inlaws had those foam thin block things, they're like 1/2" thick, not real blocks.   They fit together like a mat
