Hands and Feet Rash... anyone?

I've had this painful and itchy rash on the bottom& sides of my  feet and sides of my hands. I called the OB and they had me go in and see a dermatologist who said it might be related to a cold I had last week and a virus.. prescribed a low dose topical steriod creme.. I'm not sure it's helping me much.. other than using that he recommended just a neutragena or higher end lotion.

 I read on webMD yesterday and 2nd trimester mom's sometime develop a rash on their feet & hands.. anyone else?? Anyone found any other good rememdies?? It's just annoying and keeps me up at night!

    I haven't gotten a rash but since 8 weeks I've been getting hives on and off. At first they were on the sides of my feet but then at 12 weeks I got fresh ones on my ankles, top of my wrists and two on my neck. They are extremely itchy and blister and scab because I scratch so much. My OBs said it is common for pregnant woman to become allergic to something they were not allergic to before beging pregnant. It's because your hormones are going crazy and your body is changing. Sometimes putting a cold compress or ice on the hives helps relieve the itch but unfortunately I haven't found a cream that helps. Sorry I'm not much help on a remedy but now you know you're not the only one scratching like crazy!
