do we need to call the pedi? hes not on solids yet bc of his weight, does this make a difference? tia

  • He has teeth @ 4 months!? Wow..no sign of them for my DS. Not sure, my friend just gives her LO orajel & motrin.

    yeah he just got 1 yesterday and the other is about ready to come out! i cant believe it either, my cousin has a daughter whos a year and just got her first.

  • We didn't call ours...DS got his 1st around the same time.  The 2nd one is coming through already too!

  • You don't need to call ped. just b/c of teeth.  Unless there is something really crazy going on.  But it isn't a dumb question :)

    I've never used orajel or anbesol, I don't like the idea of numbing their mouths.  I do just tylenol if necessary.  Be careful with motrin, that you don't use on an empty stomach.  My DD1 was always the crankiest before you ever saw the tooth, when you could just feel the swelling on the gum, like a little bubble.  Your DS is young for holding teethers, etc.  But we did those teethers you could put in the fridge a lot once DD was older.
