Did I miss Ovulation- on Femara

I took a OPK on cycle day 11. It was dark but not as dark as the control line. Since that day it's just gotten lighter and no positive. I am charting and have not had any signs that I've o'd... Have I missed my window?? I normally O on day 16 with Clomid but have never taken Femara before. Thanks!

    OPKs don't always go dark to darker to darkest. It can be nothing one day and a positive the next. I say stick with it, especially if you are charting and have not seen a clear shift.

    Are you being monitored at all to see if Femara is working for you (follie growth)?

    Ok thanks- I of course bought a different brand this time also so that makes me more anxious! But def no shift in my chart- still super low temps. 

    I had a cycle day 3 exam (and everything after my d&c) and then I will have a cycle day 25 ultrasound. Because I ovulate and do get pregnant we don't do an u/s in the middle- because I have been having sex the whole time- since I'm not doing injectables or triggering.

    fwiw, I hate those stupid LH sticks,. and they never seem to work right with me.

    Remember, my ER (or my O date!) with E was cd22.... 

    and btw, WHO told you to start testing sooner??? I wonder who that wise one was....

    This is the reason I liked the digital OPKs.  You either get a smiley face or no smiley face.  They are more expensive, but I figured it was worth my peace of mind...

    I O'd on CD 16 with this pregnancy, which was my first Femara cycle.  I never O'd on Clomid, so that's not much help...

    My OB's thoughts were if I didn't O by day 16, we would u/s and trigger accordingly...

    I didn't ovulate until CD24 on Femara - I actually went to the doctor that morning, had low E2 levels, but did the OPK that afternoon since I had opened a new pack anyway.  The E2 levels were way lower than anyone thought would be possible to actually ovulate, but I had a temperature shift the next morning and a BFP 10 days later.  So I would keep using them for a while longer.

    OPK instructions are for me to start testing at cycle day 11 because my cycle is only 29 days long.
