DC H1N1 Clinic Update

I went this AM with DH in Ward 2. Got in line at 7:30 (they started at 8) and we are home now. Also even though every person working there from the people handing out paperwork to the people checking paperwork and keeping people in line, told us we wouldnt be able to get it...just pregnant women and children under 24. I asked if we could go plead our case. And I got up to the front and told them I called the DOH yesterday to ask specifically if we could come since we had an infant at home, and they let us both get vaccinated. yay! It was really organized and smooth.

    Great news! Believe it or not, we're visiting IL's in rural Ohio, and they had the H1N1 vacc yesterday so we walked in and had the shot for DD in 5 minutes (gotta love the country)!!!! Now to find a way to get both DH and me vaccinated. I'm so glad you are now covered. Thanks for the update on the DC clinics.
