Pregnant after a Loss
Kind of weird to think (don't read if you're emotional)
Had I not miscarried, there's a good chance I'd already have had the twins. At the very least, I'd be meeting them in the next few weeks. I'd be, or be close to being, a mom of three under two.
Wow.
I love Ellie and I know she is a blessing and she wouldn't be growing strong inside me had I not lost the twins, but I miss them. For some reason today I miss them a lot. I just wish I knew what they would have looked like so I could at least have the image of something to miss besides that empty u/s, you know?
Ugh, sorry. /random pity party.

I find myself thinking about the baby I was supposed to have in April. It is crazy to think that I could have a 6 month old baby right now. Or with my second loss, I still think about how I should be due in December. But like you said, I always remember that had I not lost those babies, I wouldn't have this one growing strong in there.
((HUGS)) I would have my baby right now. It is so hard to even fathom for me. I just remember the gift I have right now with this pregnancy.
On a side note, is Ellie a full name or short for something. Ellie is my leading name right now, but I can't decide if it a short or the full name.
Mine too. We lost them April 16. Kind of ironic, isn't it, that they were due around Thanksgiving, and now we're expecting again? Our little reminders that we have a lot to be thankful for still.

I had a D&C with my twins on April 16th so I totally get how you feel. Big hug!
