I am curious to know on what meds, procedures, you were successful! ?I just finished round 3 of Clomid 50Mg and got a BFN. ?I am going back in to RE on Monday to discuss what is next and I have no idea what he is going to say! ?

We tried clomid, 7 failed IUI's but the first IVF worked for us..GL

DD - metformin (1500 mg daily)

DS - not sure. Was in medical study using acupuncture, but not sure if I was really getting 'real' treatment or not.

April '08= Myemectomy and unblocked left tube.

June '08= Clomid+TI

July '08=Clomid+IUI= BFP!!!

I am hoping the next go around is me+DH+sex=Baby#2

I had 3 failed IUIs with Gonal F and 2 failed IVFs - different protocols. My 3rd IVF was the charm - estrogen priming antagonist protocol.

I tried Femara x 2 (first cycle with TI and second cycle was to have an IUI, but it was cancelled due to poor response), Clomid and IUI x 3 (BFN's) and Tamoxifen, Follistim and IUI x 1 (BFP). Good luck to you

AFter 4 rounds of clomid, 2 m/c, and 2 failed IVF (one with PGD), I got pg with DS on metformin alone. I took lovenox/heparin with DS, which in my mind made a difference.

Gonal F + trigger + dIUI. As I got close to my final try (would have been #11) I added accupuncture, baby aspirin, and every batsh!t crazy implanation superstition I'd ever heard about.

My partner likes to tell people it's because I "finally relaxed," but I contend it was more like resignation and "oh well, might as well just try anything."

Lap surgery by my ob/gyn to remove ovarian cysts.

2 rounds 50mg and 1 round 100mg Clomid (all BFN). All with my ob/gyn.

Started seeing RE - dx mild PCOS and started 1500mg of Met.

1 round 100mg Clomid (BFN) with estrace and progesterone.

Myomectomy surgery to remove uterine fibroids and a chocolate cyst. Had to take a 3 month break from ttc while I healed.

100mg Clomid - BFP that ended in a m/c at 8 weeks. I had a d&c and had to take a 3 month break from ttc.

First cycle with injectables (Menopur and Bravelle) was going to be an IUI #1 but had to convert to IVF#1 was a BFP that resulted in dd. I also used Lupron, Ganirelix, PIO, HCG trigger shot (2X), Met, Estrace, Folgard, and progesterone suppositories.

Good luck at your appointment. Hopefully your doctor will have a plan that will give you a BFP soon!

Thank you, thank you for responding. ?It's so overwhelming. ?I have a lot of research to do before the appointment on Monday. ?I hate to go in there without any prior knowledge and wish I knew what direction he wants to go in.

?I am so glad there is a spot to ask women who understand and have gone through this journey and have experienced the pain. ?Since I know no one IRL who has experience this, it can be pretty difficult. ?Congratulations on your successes and I hope to be here soon!

Our second cycle with the combo of baby aspirin, metformin, 5 mg Femara CD 3-7, 37.5 iu Gonal-F CD 9-12, HCG trigger, and B2B IUI about 12 and 36 hours post-trigger was the winner! I also did 200 mg progesterone supps twice a day until about 10w pregnant, then I took 100 mg progesterone orally twice a day until I cleared the first tri.
